All products sold on our website are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.
After purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a secure download link.
If you created an account at checkout, your files will also be available in your customer account downloads.

⏱ Delivery Time

Instant delivery: files are typically available immediately after payment confirmation.
In rare cases (e.g., payment processing delays or email routing), delivery may take up to 1 hour.

Verify that your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
Still stuck? Email support@avylocuts.com with your order number and we’ll resend your links promptly.

These are digital products—we deliver worldwide.
No shipping fees, customs duties, or international restrictions apply for downloads.

📥 File Access & Backups

We recommend downloading and backing up your files after purchase.
Avylo is not responsible for files lost due to device failure or accidental deletion after download.

File formats may include SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, and CDR. Ensure your software supports the formats you intend to use (e.g., LightBurn, Illustrator, Inkscape, Glowforge App, xTool Creative Space).
