Welcome to Avylo. By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing digital products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. Ordering

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

  • You agree to these Terms and any referenced policies (Refund Policy, License/Usage, Privacy Policy).

2. Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept secure payment methods offered at checkout.

  • All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.

3. Digital Product Delivery

  • Products are digital laser-cut design files (e.g., SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, CDR) delivered via download.

  • You will receive access to your files after payment confirmation (and a confirmation email).

  • Please ensure your email/account details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once files have been accessed or downloaded.

  • For eligible cases, refunds may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property & License

  • All site content and files (designs, images, branding, text) are the intellectual property of Avylo LLC or its licensors.

  • Your purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license per the selected tier (e.g., Personal, Commercial, Extended).

  • Permitted: create physical items; with a commercial/extended license, sell the physical items you produce.

  • Not permitted: redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the digital files (original or modified); claim the designs as your own; include files in competing digital bundles/libraries.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avylo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  • Use of the files is at your own discretion and risk; always validate settings (kerf, power/speed) and materials before production.

7. Governing Law & Venue

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

  • You agree that the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in or serving Sheridan, Wyoming.

8. Modifications

  • We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is posted on our website.
